RESORT POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: Individual reservation(s) must be cancelled or modified no later than 4:00 PM, 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of 50% of the reservation. For reservations booked less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the cancellation penalty is in immediate effect. Certain offers may have a different cancellation policy and will be subject to the terms outlined in the rate description provided at time of booking. Special events and group cancellation policies may vary according to the terms in the agreement.
Deposit Policy: Individual reservations will be charged a deposit of 50% of the reservation 72 hours prior to arrival. The deposit becomes non-refundable once the reservation is subject to the cancellation terms outline above. Rates subject to different policies will have the terms outlined in the rate description provided at the time of booking. Special event and group deposit policies may vary according to the terms outlined in the contract.
Front Gate/Parking Fee: There is a daily $20 gate fee for all vehicles entering the resort. The revenue generated is reinvested back into the upkeep of roads and sidewalks. For overnight guests, one car is included with your reservation. Additional vehicles will be required to pay the $20 fee. For guests attending events, weddings, group meetings and resort events such as Easter, Mother’s Day and Thanksgiving Brunch, the fee is included.
Resort Fee: The nightly resort fee provides our overnight guests with complimentary WiFi, access to Fitness Center and Heated Salt Water Pool, Parking, Shuttle on the resort (subject to availability), miles of paved and unpaved walking and biking trails, in-room coffee, practice with a Free bag of Range balls at the golf course, Waived Beach Pass/Cover Charge to Margaritaville special events, and Daily newspaper and bottled water, available in the Hotel Lobby.
No firearms: It is the policy of the resort to not allow firearms or other weapons on property
Island transportation: Shuttles are available on a complementary basis. Subject to availability.
Pet Policy: Lanier Islands is a pet-friendly resort. Our Lakehouses and Lodge Rooms on the first floor both allow dogs up to 75 lbs. (max two). Please note, there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet and per stay. Service animals are not pets and not subject to the pet fee. All pets should be crated when unattended; please note that uncrated dogs left unattended may result in your room not being serviced.
Smoking Policy: All of the resort’s accommodations are smoke-free.Any evidence of smoking in the guest rooms, including odor, will result in a $200 cleaning fee added to bill.
