Operation 36 At Legacy Golf Course

A Better Way to Learn the Game of Golf

At Lanier Islands Resort Legacy Golf Course, Operation 36 offers a fun, engaging, and proven way to learn golf for players of all ages and skill levels. Unlike traditional instruction programs that focus only on the driving range, Operation 36 centers around actually playing the game. Golfers learn skills in a supportive environment, take those skills onto the course, and track their progress through the Operation 36 mobile app. With a simple goal of shooting 36 or better for 9 holes before moving farther from the green, players build confidence, improve faster, and enjoy every step of the journey.

How Operation 36 Works

People playing golf on a green, with one girl near the hole and two men celebrating a putt, during dusk or night.

Develop Skills

Players participate in weekly instructional classes designed to make learning both educational and fun. Instruction focuses on the fundamentals of golf while building confidence and consistency.

A person is preparing to hit a golf ball while another person watches on a sunny golf course with sand traps and water in the background.

Play on The Course

Golfers put their skills into action through guided 9-hole playing experiences using the Operation 36 format.

Track Your Progress

Using the Operation 36 mobile app, players can monitor their development, communicate with coaches, set goals, and continue improving outside of class.
