HOW TALL IS PARROT MOUNTAIN?
Our Parrot Mountain just got bigger and better! Now measuring 575 feet long and 8 stories high, you’ll have to hold on to your feathers as you race down!

WHAT ARE THE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS FOR PARROT MOUNTAIN?
Parrot Mountain requires a minimum height of 36” tall to race down. One person per tube. There is no group tubing.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET?
You may purchase a Regular Admission ticket for $39.99 per person. This ticket will give you access to unlimited snow tubing, snow play areas, carnival rides and ice skating. Please visit our Margaritaville at Lanier Islands ticket page for more ticket options and pricing information.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP RATES ON TICKETS?
Yes! You may purchase License to Chill Snow Island tickets at the group rate of $29.99 when you have a group of 15+. Please visit our Margaritaville at Lanier Islands ticket page for more ticket options and pricing information.

CAN I PAY INDIVIDUALLY FOR ATTRACTIONS?
Yes! All attractions at License to Chill Snow Island can be purchased individually by tickets. Click here for our Activity Ticket Pricing Sheet for ticket pricing and requirements.

WHAT IS THE PARKING FEE TO ENTER LANIER ISLANDS RESORT?
There is a $15.00 Daily Resort Parking fee for every vehicle that visits the resort. Beginning at 5 PM all vehicles that come through the front gate will be required to pay admission for Magical Nights of Lights.

HOW MUCH DOES MAGICAL NIGHTS OF LIGHTS COST?
Magical Nights of Lights starts as low as $42 per car when purchased online.

CAN I LEAVE AND RETURN TO THE PARK ON THE SAME DAY?**
Admission to Snow Island Is valid during the day from the time of first entry. To reenter with attraction privileges, you must be wearing your wristband.

Daily resort access and parking Is valid for reentry on the same day of purchase, excluding Magical Nights of Lights.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES MARGARITAVILLE AT LANIER ISLANDS ACCEPT?
Margaritaville at Lanier Islands accepts payments in the form of cash, credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), checks (subject to approval), and traveler’s checks.

DO YOU OFFER SENIOR OR MILITARY DISCOUNTS ON LICENSE TO CHILL SNOW ISLAND AND MAGICAL NIGHTS OF LIGHTS TICKETS?

DOES LICENSE TO CHILL SNOW ISLAND HAVE A SEASON PASS? HOW CAN I UPGRADE?
Yes! We offer Season Pass for License to Chill Snow Island. You can upgrade your Daily Admission by presenting your itemized receipt at our admission gates.

WHAT TIME DOES MAGICAL NIGHTS OF LIGHTS START?
Magical Nights of Lights begins every night of the holiday season at 5 PM.

HOW LONG DOES THE WINTER SEASON LAST?
Magical Nights of Lights will run nightly at 5 PM beginning Nov. 22 – Jan. 5.
License to Chill Snow Island will open daily beginning Nov. 22 – Jan 5; then weekends only through Feb. 23. For complete times, please visit our Hours of Operation page.

DO I HAVE TO PAY AN ADMISSION FEE IF I AM JUST WALKING THROUGHOUT THE PARK AND NOT PARTICIPATING IN ANY OF THE ATTRACTIONS?
No. If you do not plan on riding any of the attractions and are just there to supervise, you are not required to purchase a ticket to enter the park.

IS THERE A PLACE I CAN TAKE A PHOTO WITH SANTA?
Yes, Santa will be visiting Paradise! You can get your photo and tell Santa your wish list at LandShark Landing Surf Shack. He will be here nightly Nov. 22 – Dec. 24.

CAN I BRING FOOD INSIDE THE PARK?
No outside food/beverage except for bottled water can be brought into the park. If you wish to bring a picnic lunch, you may leave it in your vehicle and enjoy it outside the park gates.

ARE PETS/ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE PARK?
Aside from service animals, pets and other animals are generally not permitted inside the park, only in designated areas at LandShark Landing.

ARE STROLLERS PERMITTED?
Yes, strollers are welcome in the park. There is fun for the entire family!

WHERE CAN I EAT INSIDE THE PARK?
You can enjoy a meal at various locations throughout the park from Shark Shack to Santa’s Candy Shop and at LandShark Bar & Grill.

WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY?
The park does not issue rain checks r refunds for inclement weather. It is advisable to view the local weather forecast prior to your visit. Outdoor attractions may be suspended in the event of heavy rain, high winds, and lightning. If the attractions have been suspended for longer than 90 minutes due to inclement weather, see an admission associate for further information.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PARK IS CLOSING?
You may call our Guest Relations team at 470.323.3440 any date that operations may be affected by weather. You may also keep an eye out on our social media platforms as we post every time we close.

IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?
Smoking is permitted within designated areas only – Beach Bar and outside the park gates. All other areas of the park remain smoke (including vapor) and tobacco-free.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO DRESS FOR A VISIT TO LICENSE TO CHILL SNOW ISLAND?
The Thrill and Chills are here! We also have real snow, so you are sure to feel a little cool and wet. Be sure to dress warm during your visit as all attractions are located outdoors. You might consider wearing water resistant clothes including gloves and boots.

DO YOU HAVE AN ATM? CAN I GET CASH BACK?
No. There are not ATMs available in the park. No outlets offer cash back on debit/ATM cards or checks.

WHAT ARE THE PARK HOURS?
Our holiday season hours do vary. For complete time, please visit our Hours of Operation page.

I HAVE A SMALL CHILD, WHAT IS THERE FOR HIM/HER TO DO?
Our snow play areas are designed for guests of all ages. Carnival rides do vary in height requirements, so please check with an admission attendant on what rides your little one can ride before purchasing your ticket.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO MY CAR?
There Is no shuttle service between parking lots.

DO YOU HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS INSIDE THE PARK?
Wireless internet access is available in most areas of the park. Please use the IslandsGuest network.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS? WHERE ARE THEY AND WHAT DO THEY COST?
We have lockers next to Parrot Mountain and at LandShark Landing. Prices range from $10-20 depending on the size of the locker.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES? CAN I BRING MY OWN?
Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the park. Alcohol sales are located in various areas of the park including Tiki Bar, and at LandShark Landing.

I HAVE AN INFANT; DOES HE/SHE NEED TO HAVE A TICKET?
Children 2 years of age and younger are not required to have a ticket; they are free.

HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE TO GO TO THE PARK WITHOUT AN ADULT?
It is recommended that an adult accompany anyone under the age of 16. After 6 PM, an adult must accompany minors under the age of 18.

IS THE PARK HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE? CARNIVAL RIDES?
We have handicap parking available at each parking lot. Please note, Parrot Mountain require the use of stairs. Select carnival rides can make accommodations.

IS THERE A MAP OF THE PARK?
