This holiday season, Lanier Islands Resort is expanding Holiday Headquarters at Game Changer with the debut of the Holiday Market during Magical Nights of Lights. We're inviting 16 local makers, artisans, boutiques and specialty retailers to become founding vendors in this exciting new shopping experience. As guests gather for festive entertainment, seasonal cocktails, holiday lights and family traditions, they'll also discover unique gifts from local businesses like yours.

With more than 100,000 holiday visitors expected throughout the season and no vendor fee for 2026, this is a unique opportunity to grow your business while helping launch a brand-new holiday tradition.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking businesses that offer unique, high-quality retail merchandise that complements the holiday shopping experience. Ideal vendors include boutiques, handmade goods, jewelry, home & holiday decor, artwork, children's gifts, Georgia-made products, and other specialty retailers.

Please Note: Food and beverage vendors are not eligible.

2026 Vendor Commitment

To create a consistent shopping experience for guests, vendors are required to participate for the full Holiday Market Season:

Is there a vendor fee?

No. There is no participation fee for the inagural 2026 Holiday Market.
Can I participate for only one weekend?

No. Selected vendors must participate during all required Holiday Market dates.
What types of vendors are accepted?

We're seeking local makers, artisians, boutiques and specialty retailers offering unique retail merchandise. Food and beverage vendors are not eligible.
How many vendors are accepted?

Only 16 vendors will be chosen for the inaugural Holiday Market.
How large are the booths?

Each booth measures 10 feet by 7 feet and includes one table and two chairs.
How are vendors selected?

Applications are reviewed on a first-qualified, first-confirmed basis until vendor spaces are filled. To provide guests with a diverse shopping experience, we aim to limit duplicate product categories whenever possible.
When is the application deadline?

Applications must be submitted by September 30, 2026.
When will vendors be notified?

Select vendors will be contacted after applications are reviewed and finalized in early fall.
