LanierWorld Maintenance Manager

Maintain LanierWorld property, equipment, attractions, and pools functioning and in good repair. Keep the premises presentable and safe by performing the tasks of the maintenance department in LanierWorld. Must possess skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, 3 phase motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics and basic carpentry. Knowledge of pools, water flow, water attractions, water quality, general and grounds maintenance.  Must be able to work in outdoor conditions, walk regularly and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Able to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Also 24-hour on-call status in case of emergency.

Digital Marketing Manager

This individual is responsible to facilitate and/or oversee the public relations and digital marketing efforts of the organization. Oversee the development of digital marketing projects and promotional pieces that cross-market all business units. Experience with CRM platform. General Maintenance

Painter

To prepare maintain and repair painted; wall covered, stained and varnished surfaces of building structure, furniture and equipment throughout the facility. using proper application techniques and various products. Install and repair covered wall and ceiling surfaces throughout the facility. Maintain and repair caulked, grouted and masonry surfaces throughout the facility. Prepare and maintain wood surfaces requiring staining, varnishing or lacquering. Previous commercial/residential experience a must. Housekeeping

House Person

Assist Room Attendants in the cleaning of guest rooms and hallways, able to vacuum/mop, empty trash bins, stocking/organizing storage closets, replenish linens, assist in laundry area. Must have great guest service skills. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Previous related experience/training required. Weekends and holidays availability required.

Room Attendant

Previous housekeeping experience with ability to follow housekeeping procedures clean guest rooms/houses/villas assigned and within our standards. Maintain storage areas organized. Supervisor

Engineering

Engineer - Hotel

Provides a diverse range of duties involved in guest related maintenance issues and day-to-day operations of the resort. Will be responsible to complete repairs to guest rooms, facilities, and other resort related equipment. Basic maintenance, repair, of plumbing systems. Conduct electrical maintenance, repair and install electrical equipment and systems throughout the resort to ensure safe and proper operation. Monitor, maintain, repair and carry out preventative maintenance programs on resort heating ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Set-up Supervisor (PM)

Coordinates set-up and break-down of functions, weddings, conferences and their functions island-wide. Previous experience in wedding set-up is a plus, must have supervisory skills, great communication and excellent guest service skills. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60+ lbs. Available to work all days, weekends and holidays, this is evening/night position.

Server

Buffet Attendant

Legacy Lodge-Rooms

Night Auditor

Previous knowledge and experience in completing balances and files, night audit reports on the various areas of the hotel, provide accurate, timely information in accordance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures. Assist the Front Office Manager by overseeing the responsibilities of the Front Desk and Front Office staff and to ensure that the guests are being serviced in a professional and competent manner. Must be personable, outgoing, work well under pressure, and customer service oriented. Related experience in a Hotel Front Desk and/or Accounting background and familiarity with hospitality industry practices highly preferred. Previous supervisory experience required. 3rd Shift availability.

Wastewater Treatment Plant

Treatment Operator

Under general supervision, performs technical work; performing preventive maintenance and reading various gauges and meters, collecting lab samples, and performing required analysis and tests. Requires working in varying temperatures. Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods of time. Must have flexibility with repetitive hand movements. Must comply with all company and department regulations. Must be able to perform strenuous work in dusty, wet, hot and dry environments.

Primary responsibility to produce breakfast buffet and a'la carte items. Legacy Kids Supervisor

Develop and oversee the Legacy Kids Program. Will help develop and execute Legacy Kids Camp Activities. Will be responsible for organizing pool activities/games, for monitoring pool area/pool chairs/pool towels and to maintain cleanliness around the pool. Weekend and Holiday availability required.

Technician

Assist in the management and maintenance of all technical hardware and software systems including, but not limited to: Micros POS, Opera PMS, networking, and other peripherals. Analyze business needs according to technical operations, and make recommendations on future improvements and enhancements. Manage the implementation of approved projects from the research stage to final product. Ensure that all managers and employees are utilizing all systems and doing so in the most efficient and cost effective manner.  Maintain training programs and documents to ensure that the knowledge of operations is kept up to date.

Will assist in the production of Windows and Banquet buffet foods. Focus on proper presentation, garnishing and freshness. Common Area Attendant

Harbor Landing

Dock Hand Attendant

Ability to assist in the general maintenance and up keep of the harbor boat fleet, assist guests in the operation of the boat fleet. Must be courteous, cheerful and possess effective communications skills. Have some knowledge and experience with boating in order to be effectively informative when assisting guests. Willingness to clean boats, remove trash and  maintain docks; ensure daily proper inspection of all boats for cleanliness and properly operational. Auditor

Must have previous experience in high volume cash accounting situation, at minimum heavy high volume cashier experience. Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must. Ability to walk the park, assisting cashiers as needed and must have a high tolerance to outdoor weather elements and stand for long periods of time. Shift times vary, night, weekends and holidays required. 

EMT

Must be licensed as an EMT or Paramedic; provide valid license. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience working with a city/county Fire Dept or Ambulance Service.

Lifeguard

Company Sponsored Jeff Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program ($100 value). Training and testing consists of physical and written ability and knowledge. Must be able to work outdoors, exposed to summer weather elements and able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Ability to demonstrate maturity during training, during shifts and demonstrate ability to stay calm under pressure.

Entertainer

Go-Pro Video Editor

Will be responsible for conducting the rental process, guest instructional process, final editing process and customer service for the Go-Pro Rental station in the Lanier World Water Park. ** Weekend and Holiday availability required **

Zip Line Attendant

Responsible for instructing and leading participants through Thunderbolt from start to finish. This position requires a significant awareness of how to prevent incidents/accidents. Applicants must have a strong risk management background. Qualified applicants will have a strong desire to learn and be excellent. A written and hard skills test will be required.

Ranger/Starter

Greet golf players in a friendly manner while being sure that they are fully informed on the 1st tee of pace of play policies, course conditions, yardage markers, rest room locations and all other pertinent information.  Enforce golf rules as necessary in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
