Full-Time Openings

Golf Course Maintenance

Equipment Operator

Previous golf maintenance (Turf Grass) experience preferred, must perform a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance (mowing, raking bunkers, fly mowing, edging, sweeping, hauling plant material, etc.), mainly semiskilled ground construction (remove/lay sod, seeding, fertilizing, etc.), preparation and maintenance work. Will assist with construction projects requiring manual labor. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Able to operate powered mowing equipment, hand tools and complete daily manual labor, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Some weekends are required. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.


Garde Manger

Previous experience required. Knowledge of Food Safety and the ability to prepare all the components of cold appetizers, ranging from salads to cheese plates, cold Hors D'oeuvres, cold sandwiches and present them wonderfully. Excellent knife skills and should be an expert in dicing, carving and chopping; able to do simple carvings and garnishes. Work in coordination with other line cooks, be a team player. Must be well organized with great presentation and sanitation skills. Available to work weekends and holidays. Culinary graduate or apprenticeship preferred

Set-up Supervisor (PM)

Coordinates set-up and break-down of functions, weddings, conferences and their functions island-wide. Previous experience in wedding set-up is a plus, must have supervisory skills, great communication and excellent guest service skills. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60+ lbs. Available to work all days, weekends and holidays, this is evening/night position.

Banquet Cook

Prepare guest food in accordance to department standards. Ability to cook using standard dry, wet and combination cooking methods; able to use all food prep equipment for cooking, preparing, slicing and mixing. Able to read follow standardized recipes, use scales, measuring cups and other portioning devices. Good math and verbal communication skills required. Able to lift 50lbs. Previous hotel, resort experience required - minimum of 1 year.  ** Weekend, Nights and Holiday availability **


Lanier World Maintenance Manager

Responsible for keeping all pool vacuums operational and oversight/performance of all general maintenance as needed throughout Lanier World. Must be able to work in outdoor conditions, walk regularly and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Must be available weekends and holidays.


House Person

Assist Room Attendants in the cleaning of guest rooms and hallways, able to vacuum/mop, empty trash bins, stocking/organizing storage closets, replenish linens, assist in laundry area. Must have great guest service skills. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Previous related experience/training required. Weekends and holidays availability required.

Room Attendant

Previous housekeeping experience with ability to follow housekeeping procedures clean guest rooms/houses/villas assigned and within our standards. Maintain storage areas organized. Must be able to clean and finish assigned areas within daily scheduled shift, must have great customer service skills. Available to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Conference Services

Administrative Assistant

Answer phones and assist in the sales department with handling, processing of Banquet Event Orders. Create contracts and input into system. Assist Conference Service Managers on inquiries in their absence. Able to work well under pressure and with deadlines. Must have strong computer skills, must be proficient in Word, & Excel. Previous experience preferred.

Sidney's Restaurant


Primary responsibility to produce breakfast buffet and a'la carte items. Will assist in lunch and banquet production, cold prep and work omelet stations in Sidney's restaurant and on banquet and holiday buffets. Must be familiar with dry and moist cooking methods; presentation of hot foods. Able to read written instructions, able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Available every weekday, every shift to include weekends and holidays.


Assistant Director of Recreation Operations

To assist with managing the overall operation of Lanier World on a daily basis (including aquatics, admissions, harbor, equestrian, retail and all other entertainment/recreational venues). We be responsible for ensuring a positive work environment for employees and a safe, pleasant recreational experience for guests. ** Weekend, Night and Holiday availability required ** Previous experience in a large scale resort setting strongly preferred

Hotel Sales

Executive Meetings Sales Manager

Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hotel group sales experience in an upscale or resort environment. Responsible for aggressively developing and heavily prospecting potential new business; ability to build long-term client relationships. Strong prospecting and closing skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Delphi or similar hotel sales software desired. Strong organization and detailing skills. Minimum of one day outside sales calls per week. Experience in the catering and conference services market a plus. Experience with the Corporate Group Sales market preferred.

Responsible for general clean-up of the Resort both inside and outside of the grounds. Responsibilities to include: cleaning of offices throughout the resort, cleaning of restrooms, stocking of supplies, cleaning walks and cleaning of grounds, pavilions and the roadways of the islands. General pest removal which includes spraying of bees, wasps and ants. Weekend and Holiday availability is required. Must Be At Least 21 Years Of Age With a Clean Driving Record


Director Of Purchasing

The Director of Purchasing coordinates and manages all purchasing and supply functions to ensure the success and profitability of the resort. Establishes and manages all systems for procurement including e-procurement, bid solicitation, price auditing, sourcing, inventory control, and standard purchase specifications and contract negotiations. Provides administrative oversight of the employees of the Purchasing Department including hiring, scheduling, training and corrective action. **Knowledge of preparing bids, reading specifications, and negotiation, purchasing principles and procedures is required**


Electronic Marketing Manager

The Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible to facilitate and/or oversee the execution and implementation of the following areas: Website Content, Social Media and Electronic Marketing (Includes: Electronic Billboard campaigns, Hotel In-room channels and Electronic Screens throughout the resort). Responsible for developing the voice and implementing the strategy for all aspects of the organization's online presence. Will be expected to work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development.

Specific Requirements of this position include: experience with Adobe Suite, Digital Assets experience, Social Media skills and previous work with signage/display systems. Public Relations, Marketing, Sales and Community Management experience a plus! ** Some weekend, evening and Holiday availability will be required as needed **

Multi-Media Manager

Responsible for creating and generating the proper messaging for all Lanier Islands electronic signage. This includes Scala Video, Gate Screens, Menu Boards, Interstate Billboards, Janus Marketing Messages and SoniFi. Must keep up to date with changing technological and software developments. Will be expected to ultimately create products that are user friendly, effective and appealing.

Qualifications to include: BA/BS degree with an emphasis on technical and creative qualifications. These include Graphic Design, Fine Art, 3-D Design, Illustration, Multimedia Technology, Software Engineering, etc.


Executive Steward

The Executive Steward supervises and coordinates the activities of storeroom, dish room and non-cooking kitchen workers including dishwashers and stewards. The Executive Steward inspects kitchens, workrooms, storerooms and equipment for cleanliness and order. Strives to continually improve both guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Areas of responsibilities include: dish washing and warehousing operations, resort food delivery, kitchen and storage area cleaning, loading dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running. ** Weekend and Holiday availability is required **

Inside Supervisor

Will be responsible to supervise Inside Guest Operations at POS and Check-In. Expected to maintain Inside F&B Operation to standards set by the Director of Golf. Additional responsibilities may include assisting, when necessary, the Assistant Golf Professional in day-to-day operations.

As a Supervisor you are responsible to ensure your team works together to enhance the overall guest experience. Responsible to assist the manager in providing training, resolving guest issues/questions, upholding company policies and in carrying out the same duties as the teammates assigned to you. Previous supervisory experience in a fast paced, full service restaurant preferred. ** Weekend and Holiday availability required **


Responsible to prepare guest food to order and present per standards. Previous cooking experience in full-service restaurant using commercial equipment. BullFrogs Bar & Grille


Previous full-service restaurant experience, must be friendly and have organizational and cleanliness skills. Available to work long hours, weekends and holidays. Bullfrogs Bar & Grille


Most important person in the restaurant! You set the tone for the dine-in experience. Responsible for Welcoming all guests as they arrive. Escort and seat guests at appropriate table. Ensure all guests are Thanked upon departure.

Line Cook

Must have previous experience in a 'la carte or quick service restaurant operation. Ability to saute, fry, grill, steam a variety of foods per order ticket, follow recipes and able to rotate product. Willing to learn and follow proper open/close procedures. Must have cleanliness, organizational and great communication skills, ability to work well with others, be reliable and dependable. Sidney's Restaurant

Prep Cook

Will assist in the production of Windows and Banquet buffet foods. Focus on proper presentation, garnishing and freshness. Assist in daily buffet by working action stations and carving stations as needed. Responsible for cleanliness and organization of buffet areas while ensuring food safety by maintaining proper food temps. Will have guest interaction; must have great customer service skills.

Customer Service skills a plus!! Teaching credentials or qualified to teach also a plus!!

Gianni's/Gianni's To-Go


Must be at least 18 years of age with previous serving experience in a very fast-paced full-service restaurant and able to withstand the outdoor environment. Provide guests with suggestions for beverages, appetizers, entrees and desserts. Ensure the kitchen is provided an accurate order in a timely manner. May also work as a Cashier for Gianni's To-Go during daytime hours. Consultant - Visual Merchandiser

Responsible to assist with Store Set-up and Visual Merchandising of shelves, displays and store windows for retail locations throughout the resort. Knowledge of merchandising, displays, buying, trends and the ability to identify best vendors and product.

Must be able to work when needed - flexible schedules to include weekends (similar to On-Call)
Must have retail management experience
Experience must be in a high-end retail or retail boutique environment

Seasonal Openings



Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen. Legacy Golf

Cart Attendant

Responsible for dailty set-up, guest relations and nightly closing duties. Will assist guest with loading/unloading golf bags/equipment from guest vehicles and golf carts. Collect golf balls on practice range and return to clubhouse. Assist Pros and Starter/Rangers with group outings. Golf experience/knowledge preferred. Must be available weekends all days/shifts. MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A VALID GA DRIVER'S LICENSE with good driving history.

Beverage Cart Attendant

Responsible to drive the beverage cart around the golf course (against golfing traffic), serving food and beverages to golfing patrons. Work as a team member with the grill employees. ** Must be at least 18 years of age with valid driver’s license and clean MVR for 3 years **

Legacy Lodge Kitchen

Commissary Cook

Responsible to prepare bulk foods and sauces for large volume dining. Previous hotel experience in prep and banquets or equivalent high volume restaurant experience. Excellent knife skills, ability to produce high quality of foods using all cooking methods. Familiarity with reading production sheets. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Must have good math skills. Must enjoy working in a team environment which focuses on total guest satisfaction.       **Evening, Weekend and Holiday availability a must**

Lanier World


Must have previous experience in high volume cash accounting situation, at minimum heavy high volume cashier experience. Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must. Ability to walk the park, assisting cashiers as needed and must have a high tolerance to outdoor weather elements and stand for long periods of time. Shift times vary, weekends and holidays required. 


Must pay for and pass the Jeff Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program administered by LLI. Training and testing consists of physical and written ability and knowledge. Must be able to work outdoors, exposed to summer weather elements and able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Ability to demonstrate maturity during training, during shifts and demonstrate ability to stay calm under pressure.

Go-Pro Video Editor

Will be responsible for conducting the rental process, guest instructional process, final editing process and customer service for the Go-Pro Rental station in the Lanier World Water Park. ** Weekend and Holiday availability required **

Islands Catering


Previous cooking experience, preferably Banquet style and be detail oriented. Knowledge of food inventory process a plus. Must have organizational, cleanliness and great communication skills. Able to work in outside environment for long hours, must be dependable, reliable and work well with minimal supervision. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Shift times vary, but must be available weekends and holidays.

Gianni's To-Go


Prepare and cook pizzas and other "To-go" food items per order. Responsible to maintain a neat and clean work area. Responsible to adhere to and maintain all required safety standards. Previous experience cooking pizzas or in a fast food cook setting.



Cook guest foods to order while maintaining established quality standards. Will be responsible to prepare foods such as burgers, chicken tenders and french fries using a griddle, fryer and conveyor oven. Must have good communication skills. Boat Captain

Operate group boats and other boats as requested for guests of Lake Lanier Islands Resort. Assist dock staff with up keep on boats by informing the Harbor Manager. Must have a valid 100 Ton Masters License from USCG, previous captain experience. Great guest services experience is required.

Spa, Tranquility

Massage Therapist

Must possess excellent communication skills and provide product knowledge, administer professional massages and body treatments to our clients. Ability to maintain spa appearance and cleanliness while upholding to our standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and follow policies and procedures. Must hold and maintain a current state license. Be proficient in various body work techniques and modalities and have knowledge of physiology. Ability to promote and up-sell products and services.
