Full-Time Openings

Lanier World/Snow World

Assistant Manager

Assist in the overall daily management & operation of Lanier World during season and Snow World during season. To insure a positive work environment for associates and a safe, pleasant recreational experience for Guests. Previous supervisory/management skills required. Available weekends and holidays. Must be hands-on, very detailed, able to be flexible to changing needs, have great communication skills and possess exceptional guest service skills.


General Maintenance

Must have previous general maintenance knowledge, skills and experience in plumbing, A/C, carpentry, mechanical and electrical. Ability to drive company vehicles; must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Weekend availability required.

HVAC Technician

Perform corrective repairs and complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and associated equipment.
Ability to complete project / work orders efficiently; perform timely and quality repairs. Ability to use basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair or test various products. Maintains tools, supplies and / or equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of these items and that they are constantly in a safe and operable condition. Must be a dedicated team player while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Must have HVAC training or certification and have HVAC experience. Valid Georgia Driver's license with a good record required.

Windows Restaurant


Must have previous experience in fast paced full-service restaurants with POS systems; MICROS preferred. Cleanliness and organizational skills, reliable and dependable, great communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., replenish condiments as necessary and reset tables as needed.  Available to work weekends and holidays. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. ON-CALL POSITIONS ALSO AVAILABLE


Primary responsibility to produce breakfast buffet and a'la carte items. Will assist in lunch and banquet production, cold prep and work omelet stations in Window restaurant and on banquet and holiday buffets. Must be familiar with dry and moist cooking methods; presentation of hot foods. Able to read written instructions, able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Available every weekday, every shift to include weekends and holidays.


House Person

Assist Room Attendants in the cleaning of guest rooms and hallways, able to vacuum/mop, empty trash bins, stocking/organizing storage closets, replenish linens, assist in laundry area. Must have great guest service skills. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Previous related experience/training required. Weekends and holidays availability required.

Room Attendant

Previous housekeeping experience with ability to follow housekeeping procedures clean guest rooms/houses/villas assigned and within our standards. Maintain storage areas organized. Must be able to clean and finish assigned areas within daily scheduled shift, must have great customer service skills. Available to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays.


Assist in the day-to-day operations within the department. Ensure all areas are maintained up to standards. Assistance with scheduling, payroll, administrative duties, etc. Previous hotel experience required. Bilingual preferred; Spanish and English. All shifts and weekend availability required.

Legacy Lodge

Reservations Agent

Must have excellent communication, phone etiquette and guest service skills. Previous OPERA knowledge highly preferred with experience in making reservations and staying well informed of all resort amenities, must have organizational and time management skills.  Must be willing to cross-train in other areas of the Front Office. Shift times primarily evenings and most weekends, holidays availability is required.


Set-up Supervisor (PM)

Coordinates set-up and break-down of functions, weddings, conferences and their functions island-wide. Previous experience in wedding set-up is a plus, must have supervisory skills, great communication and excellent guest service skills. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60+ lbs. Available to work all days, weekends and holidays, this is evening/night position.

Wedding Sales

Wedding Sales Specialist

Responsible for the selling of Wedding facilities, wedding F&B, Wedding accomodations and other ancillary revenues. Previous hotel/resort Catering Sales experience at a full-service hotel required. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, work effectively and be goal oriented. Increase business and revenue by aggressive sales techniques, prompt follow-up, consistently evaluating the profitability of business, maximize F&B revenues and room rental. Superior guest service skills needed. Proficient in Word, Internet and other computer programs; Delphi knowledge preferred.

Food & Beverage

F&B Manager

Responsible for managing F&B Supervisors and hourly associates as a "floating manager" in our various restaurants resort wide. Provide direction to hosts, servers, and bussers; interact with guests to ensure they have a positive dining experience; manage employees, regulate business operations, and resolve guest issues.   Knowledge of restaurant policies and practices, excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Management experience in a quick-service or full-service restaurant highly desired. Flexible hours required.

Recreation F&B Manager

Provide oversight for the daily operation of all F&B Outlets at the LanierWorld/SnowWorld recreation park and ensure the outlets are successful and profitable. Provide leadership and guidance to all employees enabling them to develop, mature and succeed in their career development. Must have previous experience in food and beverage control, with previous ordering and inventory management. Exceptional guest services skills, managing skills, communication skills, and organizational/cleanliness skills.

Wastewater Treatment Plant

Treatment Operator

Under general supervision, performs technical work; performing preventive maintenance and reading various gauges and meters, collecting lab samples, and performing required analysis and tests. Requires working in varying temperatures. Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods of time. Must have flexibility with repetitive hand movements. Must comply with all company and department regulations. Must be able to perform strenuous work in dusty, wet, hot and dry environments.

Bullfrogs Bar & Grille

Line Cook

Must have previous experience in a 'la carte or quick service restaurant operation. Ability to saute, fry, grill, steam a variety of foods, follow recipes and able to rotate product. Willing to learn and follow proper open/close procdures. Must have cleanliness, organizational and great communication skills, ability to work well with others, be reliable and dependable. Available all shifts to include weekends and holidays.


Help oversee the day-to-day operation of Bullfrogs.  Serve guest in Bullfrogs in a professional and friendly manner while attending to their needs promptly and courteously to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with Budget, accounting, operating procedures, rules and regulations, and overseeing the server staff. Attend to guest at their table or the counter, informing them of daily specials, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables and preparing their bill. Abide by all state, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Cold Prep Cook

Previous experience required. Ability to prepare all the components of cold appetizers, ranging from salads to cheese plates and present them wonderfully. Excellent knife skills and should be an expert in dicing, carving and chopping; able to do simple carvings and garnishes. Work in coordination with other line cooks, be a team player. Must be well organized with great presentation and sanitation skills. Available to work weekends and holidays.


Senior Marketing Manager

Develop and implement an ongoing, focused promotions and events campaign for resort. This program must be strategically planned to support and enhance the resort efforts in the surrounding community. Ensure that events we plan our in alignment with our entire Resort Operations to maximize profitability. Essential Duties Include: Secure "Cash & In-kind" sponsorships; Develop and Implement a yearly Marketing/PR/Promotional Campaigns calendar to include targeted media placement & production and placement of broadcast; Negotiate with Companies/Individuals to be our 'coupon' partners for our venues in support of island-wide promotions; Work in coordination with Hotel GM and other DOSM, to execute any combined Marketing/PR efforts; Plan, organize and execute any photo or video shoots; Manage, coordinate & personally host visiting writers to maximize PR opportunities and exposure; Participate in media interviews; Write internal or external press releases to communicate as necessary; Pitch news stories, answer/respond to media inquiries  

Islands Clean-up

Islands Clean-up Attendant

Responsible for general clean-up of the Resort both inside and outside of the grounds. Responsibilities to include: cleaning of offices throughout the resort, cleaning of restrooms, stocking of supplies, cleaning walks and cleaning of grounds, pavilions and the roadways of the islands. General pest removal which includes spraying of bees, wasps and ants. Weekend and Holiday availability is required. Must Be 18 Years Of Age With a Clean Driving Record


Weddings Guest Service Agent

The role of the Wedding Guest Service Agent is to support and assist the Wedding/Social Catering department in managing day-to-day functions by performing administrative and office support activities for multiple Managers. This professional will be required to play an organizing role in the workplace, which includes fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, managing workflow, monitoring progress and maintaining momentum for specific projects.

Butler's Pantry

Barista (Coffee Attendant)

Maintain a presentable retail outlet, including the food and beverage aspect. Provide friendly service; must have exceptional guest service experience. Ability to restock merchandise as needed, maintain accurate inventory and communicate well with staff and supervisor. Previous Barista experience required. Must have cleanliness and organizational skills. Must be available all shifts to include weekends and holidays. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE

BullFrogs Bar & Grille

Server Assistant (Busser)

Assist the Servers with pre-bussing, drink refills, delivering food, cleaning and re-setting tables. Available to work all days/shifts, able to work weekends and holidays. Some heavy lifting/carrying required up to 75 lbs.

Windows Restaurant

Buffet Attendant

Responsible for serving food to guest from buffet or serving at table, set-up and breakdown buffet. Able to replenish foods as needed, care and maintenance of line, chafing dishes and tableware. Must have great guest service skills and provide great service to our standards with a smile. Previous serving experience preferred, must be at least 18 years of age.


Exceptional guest service skills, pleasant and with good communication skills. Must have organizational and cleanliness skills. Able to maintain service counts, reports and assist service staff as needed. Prior experience preferred. Weekends and holidays availability required.

Prep Cook

Will assist in the production of Windows and Banquet buffet foods. Focus on proper presentation, garnishing and freshness. Assist in daily buffet by working action stations and carving stations as needed. Responsible for cleanliness and organization of buffet areas while ensuring food safety by maintaining proper food temps. Will have guest interaction; must have great customer service skills.

Sidney's Restaurant


Responsible to clean tables and to ensure each table has proper utensils, glassware, etc prior to guest being seated. Assist with guest drink refills. Outstanding work ethic with guest service skills, able to multi-task, assist servers as needed. Previous experience preferred; must have cleanliness skills. Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.  Some heavy lifting/carrying required up to 75 lbs.

Food Runner

Responsible to deliver guest's food order to the table, to describe dishes on menu to the guest, assist with taking drink orders and to perform bussing duties as needed. Great guest services skills with previous order taking and serving experience. Must be dependable, good cleanliness and organizational skills required. Able to stand for long periods of time, shift times vary, but must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Boat Captain

Operate group boats and other boats as requested for guests of Lake Lanier Islands Resort. Assist dock staff with up keep on boats by informing the Harbor Manager. Must have a valid 100 Ton Masters License from USCG, previous captain experience. Great guest services experience is required.

BullFrogs Bar & Grille


Previous full-service restaurant experience, must be friendly and have organizational and cleanliness skills. Available to work long hours, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work well with others, work outdoors in summer elements and work under pressure. Basic bar drinks knowledge helpful. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
