For those who love being one with nature and exploring out in the elements, we’ve got the campground just for you. Just 45 minutes outside of Atlanta, enjoy the serenity and natural beauty of Lake Lanier at one of our rustic campsites at the beautiful foothills of the North Georgia Mountains: The Blue Ridge Campgrounds at Lanier Islands and Shoal Creek Campgrounds. All of our rustic campsites accommodate both RVs and tents. A Boat ramp is available at Shoal Creek.

Shoal Creek Campgrounds

Open year round.

Located approximately seven miles from Lanier Islands just off Buford Dam Road and Shadburn Ferry Road, Shoal Creek Campground features large wooded sites, as well as beautiful lake front sites, with tables, fire rings and grills. A boat ramp and camp store are conveniently located nearby to complete your perfect Lanier Islands camping experience.

Blue Ridge Campgrounds

Open May 2nd thru September 25th.

Located along the shores of Lake Sidney Lanier. Sleep under the stars in a serene environment, suitable for RVs and tents. Campers are also within easy access of all the resort offerings, including LanierWorld, spa facilities, golf courses, boat rentals, restaurants and more.
